So still getting to grips with the MA2 and decided today to do some long exposures with 256 filter that came with kit. Was absolutely blown away. If you had told me just a couple of years ago that we would be able to take a 48 mega pixel, 1.5 second long exposure shot 100 meters in the air from a drone with a three axis gimbal fighting wind I would have laughed at you.

Wow! these shots are amazing! how did you manage the wind? Did you do any calculations based on wind data from apps like UAV forecast or Climacell? Or did the drone take care of automatically?

Thank you. Nothing fancy just got home point locked and put it up. Not going to say it was the worse wind I’ve been in, maybe around 6-8 knots on land about 10-12 at sea. I kitesurf and have had it preform comfortably in 20-25 knots although I doubt I would be able to any long exposures in those winds. But the fact that it is able to hold the gimbal steady like this is really impressive. Don't think I was able to get same results with my Mavic pro.
