This video is about the new Drone-Laws here in Europe (EU) and Germany.
The new EU Drone Law is upcoming in January 2021 and has some major changes!

We made a video about all the details concerning drones below 250g - especially the DJI MINI 2 and DJI Mavic MINI

If I understand it correctly, <250g drones don't need a pilot licence, but you will need to register them if they have a camera.
Furthermore, they will be allowed to fly in A1 after 2023 even without CE C0 because of the low weight. (which is an exception to +250g without CE C1 label that will fall into A3 only)

Exactly that is my understanding too, but who knows what is still regulated. For example, I don't think that you can fly carefree over residential areas with the Mini, I could imagine that there will still be local regulations and restrictions here ... over time

Here in NL they have started using 'drone zones' (NO drone zones would be a better term) that will compliment the set of AESA rules.
I'm 100% sure we will see a lot of those very soon, since the local governments were asked to decide where they want to implement those in their region.
And since nobody (myself included) wants drones to fly over their backyard, I'm sure we will soon see a lot of those in the obvious places (congested areas etc.)
