Need help whith my RSC focus motor. The calibration went good. the light on the focus wheel is stable green. but when turning the focus wheel the motor isn't rotating (only shaking) !!!!!

But when turning the RSC axis the focus motor is turning randomly.
NB : the focus motor still shaking even without any commande.
