Hi,

We can't get our Ronin-S to charge. Worked great on the intial charge but it charges no longer. We even left it plugged in hours but it still won't charge.  We had bought another USB-C cable but nothing changed!
Any ideas to fix this?

Hello there, have you tried to connect the gimbal to the PC to see if the green lights blinking under that case?
Could you please also provide the SN code of the battery by sending private message to us?

Yes I've already tried to connect the gimbal to my PC unfortunately nothing's happened.
