It is already the middle of December, and we still have no snow ...

It was once, but the next day it melted.  

Due to the coronavirus, all ice rinks are closed, training and games have been withdrawn.  
There is one place (not far from home) where we can drive the puck ...

The trains shots are nice and smooth!

Unfortunately, we have not gotten much snow at all since the earth started to get warmer.
In my youth we had at least 3 weeks of good winter with snow and ice, but now we are lucky to get 3 days like that.

I love snow.
I grew to appreciate it during my stay in Jyväskylä.
Nothing beats the walk on a -15 morning through 50cm of snow in the sunlight.
That fresh feeling and the sound of walking in that kind of snow is embedded in my memory forever!

Yes, it's really great ...
We always waited / are waiting for winter, but not always it was as we would like ...
But in the last 3 years there is no real winter ... at least in Helsinki

We went to the north of Finland in Rovaniemi, there is snow, but there is no frost ...
-5 for the north it is not that ...

Yeah,  Im 40 miles east of London on the thames and we get proper snow on average every 5 years it seems.   In 1987 we had significant snow that stopped the area completely and the supermarkets started to limit sales because the lorries could deliver to them.

Wow ... We had this in Helsinki several times (2010-2015) Then they did not have time to remove the snow ... And there was frost ...

I don't like such rainy weather ... I want snow.  
By the way, when we went to London, we were warned that it was always rainy there.  
During a week in London, umbrellas were needed only once ... (October)

Ourdoor rinks are always great. Nice splashes of white. We had a bit but it was gone around midday...

The last occurrence of real snowfall in Northeast Florida was, coincidentally, the biggest in recorded history here. It came nearly 31 years ago, in the beginning days of the winter of 1989.  As rain fell across Northeast Florida, temperatures simultaneously began to plummet across the entire Southeast US, creating a rare combination of frigid air and moisture.  The rain turned to sleet, then to snow on December 23 as temperatures reached the mid-20s F and it actually stuck on the ground for a few hours.

Thank you!  In free time from work there is a desire to fly, but there is no possibility ... The weather is not flying.  And so MM is always with me and ready to fly
