I flew the DJI MINI 2 in extreme cold (-12C  or   10F)

By the looks of it, i am pretty sure that you can fly the MINI 2 below 0F  (-18C)

I can't fly in cold temps, because I use the iphone 6s.  At 40F and below, my phone battery seems to lose all it's power and shut down.

Well that's a good excuse to upgrade your phone!

Turn on the 'charge phone' settings in the controller
It would at least prevent your phone from turning off( That's what I did when I used Iphone 6, I recently upgraded my phone to X

What leads you to believe that because it flew ok at 10F that it will be ok at 0F or less also? Is it because the ground temperature was 10F and the temp higher should be less?

The battery temperature was 40C (100F?) while in the air
So the battery temperature should still exceed 10C at 0F while flying, which is the lowest (battery) temperature that you can fly safely

The battery is not the only part of the drone. And It is not the most critical depending on the temperature.

-12 C = extreme cold? Please, that's a warm day in Canada.

Joking aside, thanks for the video! I've flown my mavic mini below -20 C so I intend to see how well the mini 2 does eventually.
