Hello, I returned my drone and paid for the DJI Care Refresh Express service. The drone were returned the 08/12/2020. This service should be the fastest one and I paid for that. UPS lost the returned drone. Today we are the 17/12/2020 and the case is not progressing at all. For me and my client it’s not acceptable. I have a project and booked my tickets to Sweden the 23/12/2020 and I need a drone. Please help, it is very urgent, this project is very important for me. It's not my fault if the service chosen by DJI loses the drone!
