I returned my drone and paid for the DJI Care Refresh Express service.

The drone were returned the 08/12/2020.

This service should be the fastest one and I paid for that.

UPS lost the returned drone. Today we are the 17/12/2020 and the case is not progressing at all.

For me and my client it’s not acceptable. I have a project and booked my tickets to Sweden the 23/12/2020 and I need a drone.

Please help, it is very urgent, this project is very important for me.

It's not my fault if the service chosen by DJI loses the drone!

DJI why the clients need to pay the price of your bad decisions of choosing UPS as a delivery service? Please act and stop giving template answers. Looking like I am talking to chatbot always the same answers.

This is really scary... I purchased both care refresh and care refresh+ and it doesn't sound like your getting any real "Care"

Yes it was, you did well, in my opinion care refresh and care refresh+ are mandatory.
