I applied through Kitty Hawk for clearnce to fly in a specific area tomorrow. This is my first time doing something like this. Will the DJI Fly app let me launch the drone?

If the location you're flying isn't within the Restricted Zone as per our GeoZone, you can have it unlocked using the DJI Fly or schedule it via our site: https://www.dji.com/flysafe/self-unlock. Thank you.  It was an Authorization Zone and it worked fine. I tried the Custom-Unlock but was having issues finding the correct number, Flight Controller. I didn't realize I had to be connected to the drone. I do think unlocking early is the best method, had that worked.

When I try to unlock an authorization zone using DJI Fly, I get a message that I have to do it through a browser.

On Safari on my phone, I get an error that the unlock site dji.com/flysafe/self-unlock is not supported on a mobile browser.

At home, on each Safari, Firefox, and Chrome, I cannot move the pin to set where I am actually going to fly. Using one of the "searchable positions" nearby still drops me into restricted airspace where I would not expect authorization. Regardless, the form says "Click on the pin to select an area to unlock." Nothing happens clicking on the pin. Neither right or left click, regular, soft or firm touch. Nothing.

It's also dumb that I have to manually enter my controller number after logging into my DJI account. That should be auto-populated.

I just did one through the dji fly safe site. Worked flawlessly. Imported the file to the MA2 and away I went.

I'm curious - the Unlocking software required an upload of ?? something?  I created a PDF of the LAANC approval and uploaded that, but I'm having some doubts...
