When i just open the dji omso mobile 3 I found it like mentioned in the picture below and there are two axis i can not move or open it .
Is there any way to restart the motors and or factory reset ?

No one could help with this problem ?!
The main axis that attached to the hand is stucked and the above one can not be opened or moved.
The only axis attached to the phone is moving freely .. please any one have any idea of how I could open it because um really disappointed
