Hi all,

as the title says, the remote wont seem to even show up on the DJI assistant 2 (DJI FPV SERIES, version 2.0.2) app.

I`ve tried both Mac and PC, and with different cables on both.

Can`t even get it to register. Has anyone gotten issues like this before? Pls send help!

hi, yes it was..

figured out the issue btw, i was using my handphone USB-C cable and for some reason it was not showing up..

when i plugged in the cable that came with the goggles, it worked. weird. Is DJI products only applicable with DJI proprietary hardware?

I use a standard cable and it works perfect for me

  the problem was using a bad cable
