Cannot Load Firmware List

Hi, I've searched the forums and found this topic many times, and tried all of the solutions, however none seem to be working.

I'm using DJI Pro Assistant for Ronin V2.0.2 to try to update the firmware on my DJI Ronin S, Serial Number is OEMDFCS00D02FN on a PC running Windows 10 Pro Build 19042.685

THe DJI Assistant can see my Ronin S no problem, however it won't show me the firmware updates giving me the error "Cannot Load Firmware List" Screenshot attached

I've tried my normal internet connection at home, my connection at work, and tethering to my phone hotspot as suggested by several people. I've tried it with my firewall turned off, doesn't make any difference. My log from my most recent attempt is below.

Please advise me how to proceed. By the number of posts about this it seems to be an ongoing issue, is there another way I can update the firmware besides Assistant?

UPDATE

The DJI Pro Assistant for Ronin will not install by default on macOS Catalina, however I used the workaround found here https://forum.dji.com/forum.php? ... D582%26typeid%3D582 and managed to get the Assistant installed on my mac. It worked perfectly once installed with no problem downloading and installing the firmware update.

Not sure what the issue is with the PC version of the app, it wouldn't connect on the same network no matter what I tried. This won't help those with a PC, but for those with a Mac this works!

Hello, thank you for the updates and we are glad to see the the firmware download was successful. We are sorry for bringing this software issues. Our engineers are still working on the compatibility of the macOS Catalina. Once we have other solutions, we will update on the download section from the product page.
