Playback of an OSMO Action video fails after editing it on my computer. Is this a codec issue, due to saving the video from my video editing software? I want to shoot a video with the OA, edit it on my computer, then put it back on the SD card for playback on the OA. Is this possible?

Hi there, Osmo Action doesn't support playing the edited videos. You may import the videos to your mobile device. Thank you.

Thanks for your reply, Susan. But can you answer why that is? The OA records in MP4 format, and the edited videos are saved in MP4 format, so why would they not play?  Again, is this a codec issue? And if so, what codec is used by the OA? Because if the files were saved using the same codec, they should be able to be played? Thanks, again, for your reply!

Does anyone know what codec the OA uses for creating MP4's?
