On 2020/12/17 I returned my Mini 2 to the servicepoint. It's a DOA claim, so I received a case number. According to UPS it should be delivered meanwhile, however I don't see any progress in the case file. What is the lead time in such cases?

For me the whole process took 6 days from UK to NL and back.
The case did not update till DJI accepted DOA.

Thanks, I just see now progress in the case. Delivery of t he new one expected within 5 days. In this period a fortnight sounds reasonable.
