Error lost connection when calibrating

Hi, I have a phantom 4 which says that I have to calibrate the Vission sensors. I get logged into assistant 2 but when I want to calibrate it either gives me a greyed out button or the last time I got the blue button but it immediaely gave me a Error message saying Lost connection.Ensure the flight controller is connected to your computer. When this happens I have to put the drone off and on again to get a connection again. I use a Macbook pro.

Any help would be appreciated, I must say that I replaced my bottom and top shell, don't know if anything went wrong there but all teh other systems looks good.

Woule like to hear if anybody has a solution or an idea what it might be.

The problem is not calibrating, it’s keeping the drone connected long enough to do it

I would check the cable, even hold it while calibrating , i had the same problem once ......

Hello there RvdM. I am sorry to know that you are having issues in calibrating the sensors of your DJI Phantom 4. Please try to calibrate the said drone using a monitor display of 14 inches or bigger is recommended for the calibration. Please set the display’s resolution to the recommended default value. ( Usually, the 14-inch display’s resolution should be set at 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 17-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1280*720. The 19-inch display’s resolution: 1366*768 or 1440*900. The 22-inch display’s resolution: 1680*1050 or 1920*1080. The 24-inch display’s resolution: 1920*1080 or 1920*1200.) Thank you.

Hello DJI Stephen, the problem is not a white screen or anything else, it’s the drone does not stay connected long enough for me to do the calibration of the sensors. It connects and then disconnects from DJi assistant 2.

it is the cable, i had the same problem , solution, hold the cable to avoid it disconnect ...
