I think the user hid it.
It (probably) violated multiple rules.
No flying at night.
No flying in congested area's
No flying in a NFZ (even though the airport is closed most of the time, it is still controlled airspace).
So unless he got permission, it was highly illegal.
Unfortunately there are some 'pilots' that either don't know (that is plain stupid) or don't care (I'm not sure what is wrong)
This was a clear example of either one.

Probably because it is very likely that it broke a couple of fundamental rules.
