Just a suggestion, but would it be possible to have a feature in the battery, such as one audible tone/bleep when the battery reaches 50% power during re-charging so that you dont overcharge the battery when you are just wanting to charge to 50% for storage.
Richie the Owner of SMART Charger SPC 4500 claims that soon their will be a GUI and you can setup there charger to Max out at 50% it would be nice for DJI to incorporate a warning at 50% but I don't think there is a buzzer in the Battery I may be wrong tho.
As the battery is controlled by firmware and the power button already has some logic in it ... it probably wouldn´t be to hard for DJI to get this in the firmware for the smart charger.
Lets say ... if you connect the charger ... when charging sequence starts ... press and hold for 5 seconds and then the charger will stop at 50% automatically!
