I have a problem with my Ronin-SC.
I just wanted to try out the ActiveTracking Mode so I started to balance my camera (Sony Alpha 6000, 16-50 mm lens) + my phone (Iphone 10) on the gimbal. After I thought it was balanced perfectly I turned the gimbal on and wanted to do the balance test from the app. The problem is that when I touch the gimbal or the phone, they both start shaking and so I'm obviously not able to use the Tracking function.


Does anybody out there or the dji-team has an idea what I can do?

Can we confirm you that were using the app on another smartphone (not the one you mounted on the camera with the phoneholder)? Have you done the auto tune after balancing this combination?
