Flying in Smoky Mountains TN.

Pretty cool to see the scenery! Not a bad video. I read this somewhere in a different thread -- try not to just rotate; have another motion with that. Otherwise, the user seems to get "dizzy".

Now, not to be the bearer of bad news, but I think it is technically illegal to fly in a national park....See a link here.. I love that you were in an open space and flying, but just wanted to give the technicality there.

Otherwise, pretty cool video!

Thanks Lance, I will work on the video capturing techniques.

I spoke with a park ranger and he told me I could fly very briefly in that field and to return and land if a bear or other animal showed up (as to not scare it).  That doesn't negate the fact that I was wrong, I will be more careful in the future.

It's hard to know all the rules (besides the obvious ones like don't fly over an airport). I actually didn't know that one until someone else told me, so just trying to spread the knowledge

My wife and I were attacked by 4 Rangers last year. This was when there were no REAL rules. I researched all over the web prior to attempting to fly. They did a background check and everything. Man....they came outta nowhere too. They did let us live and we stayed away from parks from then on. This was in Colorado.
