Hello everybody,

hope somebody can asking me my question: Why is on Osmo Pocket the 2.7K Resolution no (more) available? As i bought the Osmo Pocket, i remember i had some 2.7K Resolution in the setting but after upgrade the firmware, its gone. There is just 1080p and 4K.

Anyone have the same Problem and how can i fix that?

Not sure what you mean.
I have the last firmware update and it is still available at all frame rates.

here you can see the Mimo setting, there is no more 2.7K , also not in the Osmo setting itself

it is somehow possible to reinstall the firmware? Or need to wait for Upgrade ? If any upgrade release from DJI

Have you tried a factory reset?

May we know what is the model of the mobile device that you are using please and can you please try to reset the DJI Osmo Pocket System's Parameters as well. I will post a DJI Turorial video on how to reset the DJI Osmo Pocket System's Parameters. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

Yes i did twice the Factory reset but still the same Problem

I am facing the same problem right now and it's a huge inconvenience. I've been searching for a solution for days now, it seems like this topic have not been covered yet.
