DJI Mavic 2 Pro activation issues

Hi,

I've recently bought a Mavic 2 Pro with a Smart Controller and I have issues activating the drone. Basically after I reach the last step where I input my email address fo warranty etc, I receive the message about a Server Error (-2) - contact DJI support and that's it. The same error comes up even if I am using a different email account. I've made all the necessary firmware updates through DJI Assistant 2 (both on the remote and aircraft) and still have the same problem. The people from DJI support have no idea what's the issue.

I've linked the remote with another Mavic 2 Pro and it works perfect - the issue is only with the aircraft. The aircraft has been linked to another remote recently and same error comes up.

Is there a way to reset the aircraft to its factory settings? Did anyone else experienced this issue?

Hi Alex, we are sorry for the issue. If activation failed with Server Error (-2), I may suggest that you send the drone back to our service center for further diagnosis. If the drone was purchased within 15 calendar days, please contact the support via email at http://www.dji.com/support to help to start a case, if it is beyond 15 calendar days, you can also start the online service request at https://repair.dji.com/repair/index
Regarding the support's issue, may I know if you contacted them via online chat or email? Please PM me your email address or contact info that was used for contacting the support, we'd love to check the details and keep improving our service.
