Where do you find this setting in the corporate smart controller?

If you're talking about screen captures from the SC, I usually have to transfer the files to SD card manually in the apps menu afterwards.

I'd be interested to hear an easier way.

It doesn't exist, General Settings is not even the heading for the 3 dots menu. I have looked through the entire menu system for this.
You can set the default storage of the Enterprise Smart Remote though.
1. Turn on the remote
2. tap the window looking icon in the bottom right corner
3. Tap settings
4. Scroll down to storage and tap
5. Scroll down to Default Storage Location
