Received a new pocket 2 on Saturday and took out to test. I had stored the lighting adaptor in the case as instructed. When I removed the camera to use, the adaptor fell out and was not able to find.  I called DJI today and they are saying they have not heard of this but have found video since that this does happen. I had to purchase a new one as they would not help. It was $19 which is excessive but the shipping for this item which weighs 1oz was $9. Would have loved some help with this. Be careful.

Thanks. I should have looked there. I was hoping DJI would have sent one since it fell out if the case.

I also have the same problem. It happened several times, and so far I was lucky to find it everytime. It only seems to happen with iphone adapter, not the USB-c.

AFAIK the smartphone adapters are not held in place by magnets but by friction. The only accessory I know of being held in place by a magnet is the wide-angle lens.

As for the question of the accessories staying in the carrying case, I agree on the opinion of them getting loose too easily. Just a minor bump and they're off. The slots should have been designed in another way.

I learnt very early on that those storage sockets are useless. Lost the wide-angle lens and 2 phone adapters, so have never relied on them since.
