Out Company ( sleepfine ) recently purchase Mavic Pro 2 but we are unable to activate the aircraft as it shows
everytime message " Actiavtion failed -2 server error "

Coud you kindly check the issue?

Hi on the Drone packet it  is written : ' Made for Iphone ' is this a issue as I am connecting from Android and not an Iphone?

But when I use Android, the DJI app shows ' Connected' but only thing is I am not able to activate it
as it shows message ' Activation Error '

The Mavic 2 can be used with both IOS and Android, you may check the compatibility list on our website: https://www.dji.com/mavic-2/info#downloads. As replied above, if the issue still persists, you are recommended to send it in for service. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
