They had a lot of trouble with the warmth, drought and a beetle that destroyed parts of the forest. To stop the beetle from spreading they cut the trees down. Made a video of it...

That is a big problem in NL too.
They planted all these pine trees and got very silent forests in return.
And also, not they realize that pines (needle leaved trees) don't allow as much water to hit the ground compared to deciduous trees.
So we have even more water problems because of that.

The Air 1 wouldn't fly through because of obstacle avoidance. (And I was afraid to turn it off because there were people watching).
So I did a draw mask in post and "fly" into the next scene (which actually is the opposite direction) took me much longer than doing the real thing!

Very clever, though, I wouldn't know where to begin with that, it really does look like a fly through.
I did a much,. much larger bridge in 2019, at dawn and it was super scary and exhilarating at the same time.

Yes, fly throughs are always great. I know that "bipolar" feeling...
And mask transitions as well. They take a lot of time to edit if you want to get it mostly right but I think it's worth it and always love to find it in other people's work.
