Unable to Bind Skyport Payload SDK

Getting an error "Authentication information error" when trying to bind my skyport.  This has never happened before.  Any ideas?  Picture of the error in the DJI Assistance attached.  Firmware for the M200 V2 and skyport are at the latest.  Here is an excerpt from the log.
