Today I got my Mavic air 2 and I did the framware update but Im not seeing as many things on the Iphone screen as I should
All the videos I see show an icon at the bottom of the screen in the center that will show the direction the the aircraft is pointing and the direction it is from the pilot.
I don't have this feature and was wondering if anyone knows why or how I can get it.



If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know.

I have the same problem with iPhone X and don’t have aircraft orientation display as well, got mine 3 days ago and done all the updates and calibrations. Hope someone can help us fix it.

Hi Alex, I’ve had my Air 2 for about 6 months and that orientation icon has always been there. Haven’t flown for a few weeks but took the drone out today and noticed the icon is missing. So I’m wondering whether it’s been removed with the new update? You can use the map function to check drone location and direction etc so not a problem.

Oh well, I’ve tried it today and the aircraft orientation was shown in the map. You just have to select the aircraft logo and it works gave me accurate location of the drone from where it takes off..
