Has anyone found a good solution for an exteranl mic - wired  or wireless (like Rhode Wireless Go) for iPhone 12 Pro and OM4?

I've tried zoom iq7 and rodeme video mic-l and  both have failed, even thoug they are connected directly to the gymball, eventually the gymball faints, it can't hold them.  Quite annoying I am still looking for solutions.
