Wenn ich über den Touch in das linke Menü gene, wo die gespeicherten Dateien sein sollten , ist alles schwarz.

Wenn ich mich über die APP verbinde, kann ich mir die Vorschau nicht ansehen.
Download bricht auch immer wieder ab.

Kamera hängt sich dann auf.

Powerreset dann startet sie wieder.

i just got an action 1 a few months ago. i got it from the states and i am in Africa.
It say by its firmware, on the camera, that this 10.00.40 is on my camera
but it still has a bad delay on screen and I still have to longpress the side button to change screens.
The f-ware was already on when i got the camera.
So even if I put it on sd card, nothing new happens because according to camera, the latest firmware is on there.
But its like, it must still be activated.
Please help.
Otherwise i love the little camera with the big heart.

so you are just putting firmware on but are you placing both files on?
