So, I picked up the RS2 a few days back and have nothing but a difficult time to get features on the compatibility list to work with my Sony A7R4. I have given up on my rave eye, I'm sure it will be remedied with future firmware. Everyone seems to be having an issue with it.
Now for my main issue, I am unable to activate my shutter for any picture through the RS2. I have tried to use the panorama mode and timelapse modes as well and I have not had any success. I have tried using both the usb-c and Sony multi cable. I am able to control focus and other camera parameters, I can also start recording videos. Has anyone else experienced this issue, if so, have you been able to resolve this issue?
