Around a month ago, I have updated battery for once and after that some time this notice informed  “ Flight altitude restrict, log in or go to real name authentication”

Ps. I have already log in in app and wepsite.

Id try to force quite the app and see if that helps.

In addition to force quitting the app, have you checked the location where you're flying with other apps or websites? Obviously you've hidden the picture so hopefully its not an area thats meant to be restricted like an airport.

It was a resort camps, so close to any restrict areas

And ever fly in here with bo restrict before

Un-install the app and reinstall.or clear cache for the app.ur operating somewhere restricted.but it’s an orange notification. Not red. Is this in USA.?

I have the same issue and according my discussion with support it is a glitch on DJI side. I should try in 1-2 days.

I have the same issue well. I’m not able to go beyond 30 meters. Everywhere around me seems to be an altitude zone now.

Try turn cellular off
Or open flight mode
I do this and can bypass this problem

Thanks for your suggestion. I did not have the chance to test this yet on my drone but do you have a DJI Mini 2?

Hi. Very strange. I start flying with one battery. Everything OK. No restrictions. I bring back the MA2 for a battery exchange... AND???  Second flight is again with restrictions. I've done & tried everything. Sometimes a logout and new login helps.... Next time not. Yesterday I've tried turning cellular off... And Yes Bingo... This does the trick...  MA2+Iphone11+ all the last software/updates/firmware....

I have the same problem. Distance and height are limited. I fly with DJI Mini 2 coupled to Iphone 10. With one battery there is no problem at all, but with the other two batteries there is. SOLUTION : Disconnect the iPhone from the controller during the flight (plug the cable out and back in for just 2 seconds). Problem solved ! No restrictions any more during the flight. I've been looking for this for hours! Hopefully you have been helped with this.

Was there a recent update?  DJI used to reset the distance limit/beginner mode on updates so you'd have to go in and turn it off.  Are they still doing that?

After updating firmware i am also facing same issue. Height is restricted as 29 Meters  and distance is restricted at 48 meters

The answer is staring at you on-screen. Login to your DJI account on your phone to remove the restriction.

Same issue here. I have tried reinstalling the app, and I have tried logging in with different users, but they all give me altitude zones everywhere and don't allow more than 29m/49m. iPhone 12 mini.

Brand new Mavic Air 2 and have the same issue. Cannot fly more than 50 meters (horizontal) and 30 meters (vertical). I get the same message ("Log in or go to real-name authentication") despite being logged in and having the drone linked to my account. What a bummer! Seems like this issue affects many based on all the various forum posts I've seen.

Has anyone here found any solutions? Or acknowledgement from DJI of the issues?

My DJI Fly app says Altitude Restriction 60 or depending where I am 150.
60 or 150 WHAT. FEET, METERS,? What unit are the heights in?
