Hi, brgrr. Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to read about the difficulties you're encountering. Please check whether restarting the Aircraft, Remote, and the DJI GO 4 might help. You can also opt to uninstall and reinstall the DJI GO 4 (NOTE: This will remove all files and settings saved internally within the application. It is suggested to sync your flight records). Should the same problem persists, kindly let us know the current firmware version of the remote and aircraft including the DJI GO 4 version. If you could kindly add a screen recording depicting the issue, that'll be highly appreciated. |
