I'm having an issue with my Osmo Mobile 3 using the DJI Mimo app. It will only record in 1080p/720p. I was able to record in 4k 30fps in September and hadn't used it since. I feel it's an update that caused the issue but I can't find anything in Google about it.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy s20 plus. I contacted DJI support and all they said is to reinstall the app which I did twice and didn't resolve the problem.

I can record 4k if I use the built in Samsung camera app along with the gimbal but I can't when I use the Mimo app. Any ideas or anyone else have this issue?

I downloaded the latest version from today. Which I believe 1.5.8.

When I open the mimo app for the first time it prompts for an update , returns to Google play and nothing happens.

I'm having the same issue with the OM4 and S20 Ultra. Mimo App version 1.5.4.  Selfie Video Camera Limited to 720p30.  Main Camera Limited to 1080p30.  I was shocked after I created a video using the selfie camera in the Mimo App and uploaded it to my channel because I haven't seen 720p for a long time.  I figured it would at least default to 1080p.

Hi, again. We're sorry for the belated response. There has been some progress with the DJI Mimo and we recommend that you update your DJI Mimo to the v1.5.10 by downloading the APK File here: https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-mimo

If the same problem persists, we will recommend downgrading the DJI Mimo to v1.2.20. We will DM it to you just in case.

I've been swamped at work but I just got done testing. I downloaded the version you provide as well as the latest version directly from the App store which is 1.5.4 from November 2020. It looks like 40k at 30fps is now an option again.

I received 3 updates from Samsung in this last 3 months. Its possible one of those resolved the issue. Thank you.
