I just got a Phamton 3 Pro, I was going to use it when i realized that the camera is all black it moves and everything but no clear images. Any advice is more than welcome.

Hello there Omar H. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. May we know what is the model of the mobile device that you are using please and can you please try to use a different mobile device and see if the issue will still persist? Thank you.

May sound silly but have you removed the lens cap?
As has been asked, what device are you using to fly with?
Are the AC/RC linked?

Aloha Omar,

     Many of us have had this problem.  Go into the camera settings and set all the settings to "default".  This will return the camera back to the starting point that DJI determined worked best for their customers.  Then after the camera starts working again, you can make changes to get the specific effects you want.

     Hope this helps!  If this does not solve your problem, you will need to give us a report and / or ask DJI Stephen for help.  BTW, do follow DJI Stephen's suggestions, he is very helpful!
