I am having trouble getting my iPad Air 2 to connect to the Mavic Air 2 controller. I keep getting the message that no RC controller is attached. Anybody have any experience with this combination? (DJI says DJI Fly is supposed to be compatible with iPad Air 2. HELP!

Hello there LWDAZ. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you out. Can you please try using a different recommended mobile device to see if the issue will still persist. Kindly please try checking the DJI RC-N1 RC Cable for any damages for us to be able to isolate the said issue. Thank you.
