I'm having issues with my brand new MINI 2 GIMBAL.
Just wanted to know how to get in touch with assistance in order to fix it. It's very annoying.
I post a couple of video examples, maybe some of you have the same problem

Is it the gimbal?

I did not see any gimbal issue in those video segments.

Hi videoeditman, so what do you think is? In the first video you see I’m slowly panting and the video stops for a fraction of a second, it’s not smooth.

The gimbal does not pan, the aircraft does the turning. Stuttering video can be many things. Slow SD card, video from phone not drone, etc.

That looks like glitches in the recording of the video, not a mechanical gimbal problem.

Could it be the memory card you're using? i.e. not fast enough?

I've noticed little glitches with my Mini 2 as well and, like yours, mine is brand new and I'm still finding my way around it. Just wish I hadn't updated the firmware and app....

Hello there Alex_skyisthelimit. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Can you please try to use a different supported SD card for us to be able to isolate the said issue. For reference I will post the list of supported SD card for the DJI Mini 2. Thank you.

Looks like a file write error to me.
Are you sure it is the gimbal?

Is this footage taken from the SD card, or from the phone?

If the footage is from the phone, that is the reason.
Otherwise the SD card could be the problem.

I first checked the original 4K file from the drone, and you’re right: the original file is perfectly smooth! So no gimbal issues, nor SD card I use the extreme Sandisk sold form DJI.
So it’s just the low res file in the dji app that is corrupted, maybe with a more powerful Sd card the problem can be solved, I’ll give it a try soon.
