Anyone else having this issue?  If I get autrack working, where it follows me after I have selected myself on the app screen, and then hit record, my screen almost pauses, goes to a larger preview screen but the auto track is now not working.
No matter what I try, updated the firmware, using the Sony Cable for camera connection.
Screen goes black ones raveneye is on.

Solved.  You need to start recording THEN select subject.
For such a large company there needs to be better manuals.

Hi If you don't mind me asking, how did you set up the cables,  I use usb c to mico usb to connect the sony a6400 and rs2 and hdmi to C to connect the raven eye to sonny a6400 .
no matter what I do the screen goes black once I press the record button.
