For over two years now I have been the owner of a Matrice 210 that I have always used with enormous success together the Zenmuse XT2.
I recently decided to buy a zoom for industrial inspections, so I bought a Zenmuse Z30.

Individually the two cameras seem to work perfectly however when I use them at the same time I always have unpleasant surprises.
In the last 15 flights, carried out over several days, it happened to me that while recording videos I find them on the SD of the Z30, on one of the two SD cards of the Xt2 and on the second, where I should have the thermal video files, there is nothing.
Another day it happened to me that XT2 took all the shots, including thermal video and the Z30 not even one. Lastly today, the XT2 again recorded only photo files and not thermal videos.


I have already tried to change the microSD, I uninstalled DJI Pilot and reinstalled. I have done all the firmware updates.

This instability doesn't allow me to work well.

Has anyone encountered the same problem as me?

I don't have any input, but want to follow this subject as well.
