Hi Everyone,

My son took my drone out without my permission and crashed it on the day we got it!!

We had the DJI Care Refresh insurance, so it's not the end of the world. We sent it in for repair a few weeks ago and I got the email today saying that DJI received it.

Anybody have any idea of how long the process will be?

Got it. As per check, you created a normal repair case, usually, it may take 5-7 business days excluding shipping and delivery.
