Hi All,

I happen to open a case and send the drone in for repair with care refresh on 25/12.
I was wondering when i'll get it back.
And since i'm moving to switzerland next week, if not possible to recieve it before to have it shipped to my swiss address.

Hi, as per the case, the package has been checked in to the system. I understand that you may want to change the address.
Please use the email that the case number registered and send the detailed address to support.nl@dji.com. Once you had sent the email, please provide the ticket number to me, I will ask the team to help as soon as possible.
