When I shoot pictures in panorama mode, the gimbal orientation data are correctly stored in exif/xmp data of all the taken pictures like this (extract):
---- ExifTool ----
ExifTool Version Number : 12.14
---- File ----
File Name : DJI_0014.JPG
Directory : .
File Size : 1492 KiB
Image Width : 2000
Image Height : 1500
;
---- EXIF ----
Image Description : DCIM\PANORAMA\100_0109\DJI
Make : DJI
Camera Model Name : FC7303
:
---- XMP ----
Gimbal Roll Degree : -0.00
Gimbal Yaw Degree : +168.61
Gimbal Pitch Degree : +14.98
However, when I shoot pictures in normal photo mode with higher resolution, the gimbal orientation is always stored as zero like in this example:
---- ExifTool ----
ExifTool Version Number : 12.14
---- File ----
File Name : DJI_0075.JPG
Directory : .
File Size : 6.1 MiB
Image Width : 4000
Image Height : 3000
:
---- EXIF ----
Image Description : DCIM\100MEDIA\DJI_0075.JPG
Make : DJI
Camera Model Name : FC7303
:
---- XMP ----
Gimbal Roll Degree : +0.00
Gimbal Yaw Degree : +0.00
Gimbal Pitch Degree : +0.00
The gimbal orientation is then missing both for jpeg and raw and always shown as zero.
Is this a bug or do I have to do any special settings to get the correct gimbal orientation?
Please help.
