To all Moderators, Recently you held a competition regarding OM4 , many took the time to take part and this was a marketing exercise for dji among forum members, Competition was held and winners were announced. On the thread under events held by dji Panda it was noted that winners woulkds be notified . Months have passed and in this time 4 winners have contacted me to find out if i have been contacted. But it seems no winners have been contacted.
5 times i wrote to this forum including PM to many moderators, but no response zilch nothing. This could be an oversight on djis part, but many members have contacted them and this has fallen on deaf ears. It's time now dji acknowledged these members who gave up their time to take part in what is basically a marketing exercise for them.

Let’s see. I am not sure why we are not getting responses. It’s not a big of a deal for the prize itself, but the DJI team is saying they have contacted all winners where that actually did not happen. I just need clarification about that.

I hope too this situation gets resolved.

Well if you consider a few posts hassle then maybe, but its like saying was taking part in the competition hassle and if was why bother. It’s a very jaundiced way to look at something and imply that its ok to run a competition, offer prizes , then default by using the theory , competitors wont bother checking up because its to much hassle.
The competition was free it was no hassle entering just a bit of fun, many took part, winners where announced and dji just seemed to end it there, all the thread did was remind them. Unfortunately we wont be receiving a Matrice 600, but thats not really the point.

I feel regretful for this situation, I have contacted the corresponding team for the situation and will follow it until all is set.

i was about to buy DJI Product but after seeing this thread i have stopped now.  Seeing forum member's plight and DJI's attitude i am wondering what if i buy a product and it becomes faulty.  Surely no one gonna help me in future.  Better switch to somewhere else.

Hi we are still waiting for an answer here, we were made believe that the matter was sorted but once again dji decide to dump on their customers. Its a sad affair that dji would reduce itself to this…
