I have recently got my phantom 2 drone and i've been trying to get it to fly. However it does not want to take off, i have already done the folllowing.
1) callibrate both the drone and the remote control
2) ensure the batteries are fully charged
the drone will start up, however when i use the controls it does not do anything.


Could someone please help me to help me fix the problem of why my drone wont take off?

Double check that you have the correct props in the correction location.  Two are CW and two are CCW.  If wrong, it will not fly.

Firstly, you should rather not post a P2 question under "FAQ", it won't be seen by many here.

You say the drone will start up. Do you mean the motors will idle after command from your remote but full throttle won't work, or have you got absolutely no connection between your Phantom and your controll?

Try to bind your remote to your phantom. There is  little hole under the phantom to do this.
