I just purchased an Inspire 2 w/ the X5S gimbal. The serial numbers are not being recognized so I can buy the Care Refresh. Please help.

X5S S/N: 0ABDHE13030495

Hi Kyle, please purchase the DJI Care Refresh card from the retail store, and send the activation code, the serial numbers, and your contact info to our support team at djicare@dji.com to activate it manually. Sorry for the inconvenience.
