The DJI Pocket 2 Creator Combo is supplied with a dual charging cable. This enables the camera and the radio mic to be charged simultaneously. My problem is concerning connecting the camera to the computer via this cable so I can transfer footage without removing the SD card. One of the two leads works flawlessly, recognising the presence of the computer and the other does not. This also happens when connecting via the Do It All Handle. DJI, is this intentional or is it a fault?
(I have other single leads which also work without a problem)
