It'll be legal, with a spotter and registration, etc. But the real issue is it'll be a "1.0" release of an all-new machine, so the firmware will be absolutely infested with bugs. So it'll still be a while after the initial release before it's really useable. DJI has been getting better on their "1.0" releases, but after my experiences so far with my Mavics and others, I'd definitely wait a while until the firmware gets fixed and everyone gets a chance to see what it's like, etc.

And then again , i am not so sure the so called authorities are aware of the rules. Tombe honest i am fllying drones over 3 years now all over the world and i never ever encountered any authorities
Still you need to stay away 250m or so from anything man made (just about).
So that only leaves large grass fields and some forests.
(as you probably want some space to fly too)
For me that is not worth it.
I like to capture various things.
(flying is not my hobby, capturing things is)
But it is too bad, since the footage can be spectacular.
