Just one battery flown as it was too cold and I didn’t have gloves with me.

On a grey, cold day like that it is only time for one battery and then head inside to warm up.

An old shipmate of mine retired and now lives in Alaska.  He says he keeps his spare batteries in his brown bear fur coat pockets to keep them warm.  He said that he only gets about 15 minutes of flight time per battery in the dead of winter.  He bought extended length sticks for his RC for use with his extra heavy gloves.  I keep telling him that is why I live in Florida.

Ive got rain on the forecast for the next 7 days straight at the. moment, although thats likely to change.  But as we are under a stay at home lockdown getting out is getting harder.

Lovely day here today, after torrential overnight rain.  Been out with the P2 for some panos.  Got back to find our Covid test results. Both negative, so we can go home

Gotta agree with you.  I've been to Alaska 4 times.  Beautiful scenery, great fishing and hunting but just too cold for me to live there year around.
