hi, i have just bought the mini 2 but it only gives me the option to either take a photo or video. the panel to do quickshots etc doesnt appear on my phone . help please

May we know what is the model of the mobile device that you are using please and can you also please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Fly application to see if the issue will still persist. Make sure you are not in sports mode.

My DJI Mini 2 has the same problem, how to fix it?
I tested the drone in two cellphones, android and ios and the problem is the same.

Hi guys thanks for the feedback. It seems to be if the memory card is full then it doesn't work. I thought it would let you save straight onto your phone storage. I cleared the memory card and all works fine now. Thanks again ✌
