Greetings! I've got a black screen on DJI Go app (no image from camera, while gimbal can still be controlled) after I agreed to update my Mavic Pro Platinum firmware to latest 01.04.0500 using DJI Go app. Previously firmware was pretty old as I never updated an aircraft before. So, I can't downgrade a firmware with DJI Assistant (version 1.2.5) anymore, as it's stucks on 40% and aircaft goes to reboot, then in a minute later DJI Assistant says update failed with error 0x020104, each time I try to run a firmware update/downgrade (to any available version from DJI Assistant). Seems like many other Mavic Pro owners have same situation. Please, could you provide any help with this case? I've read other similar topics - support team provides some beta firmware, which helps with firmware update stuck at 40% progress (0x020104 error), it would be great if you send me this beta firmware, my account email is romasha89@gmail.com.
I've took some details from DJI Assistant update log:

From these logs, looks like camera and gimbal modules are off now for some reason, and can't be updated with new firmware anymore, I guess that's why firmware progress get's stuck each time it reaches 40% and aircaft goes to reboot. But gimbal still works and can be controlled from RC, which is kind of strange.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hello there RoMasHa. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Kindly please try refreshing the firmware of the said DJI Drone using the DJI Assistant 2 while the SD card is removed from the said DJI drone. If the issue still persists, I would recommend to please contact our DJI Support Team at https://www.dji.com/support to start up a ticket to further diagnose the cause of the issue. Again, I am sorry for the trouble and thank you.

Thanks for your reply. I've already tried both - with and without sd card installed into drone, no difference, same result

I have an update about my case! It found out that the whole problem related with camera black screen is damaged flex ribbon (LVDS, which is camera video signal cable). But situation about firmware update/downgrade failed with error 0x020104 and stuck on 40% progress on is still not clear. I believe this could be related with some hardware issue also.
But anyway, I'd like to receieve that beta firmware version for Mavic Pro drone, just to try a chance to resolve an issue with error 0x020104 and that 40% progress stuck.

Hi!

Actually, cam cable seemed totally fine, no visual damages at all.

As to updating issues - only mainboard replacement helped in my case Probably some of modules, which located on mainboard became defective (due to messages "device no reply, request timeout" in update logs). Also, I've noticed later that collision avoidance system was not working and video recording was not possible (pressing "rec" button had no any action) even with working camera (w\o "black screen" issue) - so again, it tells that not all modules (located on mainboard direclty) are worked perfeclty fine.
