New to here, Thanks for your help.

I just bought a Dji om4 and I'm using mimo to shoot vedios.

I just found that when I create a template in the editor mode and save it to template, It will be only showed in the editor mode under my story. I cant not find the template in the vedio stooing story mode under custom my template.
Any step I missed?

May we know what is the model of the mobile device you are using please on your DJI OM4 and can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Mimo application for us to be able to isolate the said issue? Thank you.

It's Iphone xs max. I will reinstall it and let's see how it's going. Thank you

Still the same. only showed in editor mode under my story/custom, not the shooting story mode under custom/my template.

Any solution yet?
