Fan speed is kinda high when drone is IDLE is that normal ?

Hard to tell,  mine will ramp up the fans after its been on for a while but I dont think mine is as aloud as yours.

It's probably a complete new drone...?  Did you try to fly it ?
Maybe just make some low flights above grass, just in case it goes wrong...
